This land is nestled back in the woods and right behind it is hundreds of acres of state land. This land has been untouched for years. It has animal trails going through it and signs of deer and small animals. There is an old hunting blind about halfway back. It is conveniently located across US-23 from Hammond Bay on Lake Huron and only a few miles to the Ocqueoc River Mouth State Access.
