This seasonal cottage enjoys a great location on Crooked Lake--right across from the popular Crooked Lake sand bar, and along US-31 for quick trips into Harbor, Petoskey, and Mackinaw. One bedroom, one bath, with a queen bed and full/twin combo bunk bed in the bedroom. The kitchen includes a big farmhouse sink, medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and 4-burner cooktop. Grill and patio furniture as well as interior furnishings included. Recent updates include: new flooring and sub-floor, new roof, new refrigerator, toaster, and microwave, 2 new TVs, new furniture, interior & exterior paint, and improved drainage at entry. This unit sits apart from the others a bit and along a canal out to the lake. It includes 25' of dock space on one of the association's two docks.
