This property is a very nice level lot in Royal South AND a very well cared for trailer in the Canadian Lakes Campground. This could be an awesome way to have a summer getaway for not much money! 1984 Trophy trailer is 10 x 35 but has expandos and there is also a storage shed, lots of room. There are 2 sofa sleepers and the owner states that there has been 8 children and 3 adults sleeping comfortably in this fun place. Newer steel roof and skirting installed. Nice plantings and landscaping. Everything is there and ready to go. Enjoy all of the Canadian Lakes amenities. Don't wait long on this well priced summer getaway!
