Also - there is a storm shelter!! Need more space - no worries. The lodge is on lot 38. LOT 40 is included! It has a gravel pad, a storage building/garage, and even room to build a house if you so desire. Lot 40 has water as well. Skipjack is the perfect place to enjoy the wildlife, and Lake Barkley!!
