5 beach drive

Local Businessman and Civic Leader built this home on Lake Michigan in 1926 as a wedding gift to his new wife. He hired Dune Acres Builder Alden Studebaker to construct the home which was erected using horse and carriage and a Model T pickup truck. Since then the home has had only one other owner previous to the current owners. They have spent the last 30 years entertaining family, friends, and neighbors. Creating great memories for everyone who visited. Whether it was a day on the beach, watching sunsets from the porch or celebrating the holidays.

The home is perfectly situated forward of the other homes which creates a private setting while sitting perched above the water so to surround yourself with the sound the waves.

The home needs a new curator to continue to preserve and maintain the home like the current owners have done over the past 30 years.
