Long Lake is within walking distance. Both full-size bathrooms have cast iron tubs and professionally installed ceramic tile. Unfinished basement has potential. The kitchen cabinets are original to the house but have been updated with off white paint. It's move-in ready as all rooms have been painted in white linen neutral color except the first floor bedroom which has wallpaper. There is plenty of extra storage in the under-eave cubbyholes accessed in the upstairs bedrooms. New wood floors (made in the USA) were installed in 2020 in the first floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with new neutral carpeting (made in the USA) from Lowe's (2021) and a full bath. Recently installed hot water heater (2021) and water softener (2020). Roof was new in 2003 but the last roof lasted over 30 years due to the pitch so there should be plenty of life left in the roof. The red cedar siding would need to be re-stained and the front deck needs to be redone. The Andersen double pane windows are original to the house. In the detached two car garage, there's a replacement overhead door for the new homeowner to install. There is a temporary ramp out the back door for a disabled relative. It will be removed upon sale of the house.
