Bordered by USFS on the south with access to 100s of acres of woodlands to explore. Home to soaring eagles, elk, moose, deer and bears. Huge trees, rocks, trails to explore and camping or potential cabin building sites. Only a few privately owned properties are accessed by Grizzly Gap Road which traverses through Dept of Lands acreage and continues up the mountain through USFS. Rough road in spots, not publicly maintained, high clearance 4X4 recommended. Several year-round residents.
