Construction on Chatcolet Marina beings Spring 2025. The project increases the number of slips and satisfies the growing demand for marina services. It also addresses aging structures, sedimentation, noxious weeds and shoreline loss, while also enhancing the shoreline to improved public access. The project includes 162 boat slips with 148 covered and 14 uncovered for houseboats. All slips will have power and water. There will be parking spots for 135 passenger vehicles and 19 for trucks with trailer.
