Great location just behind Lake Rabun Hotel. Structure was built about 1912. In 2004 the upstairs rooms, roof, etc were removed and replaced, as well as electrical, insulation, framing, etc. The home definitely has a "cabin feel" but the rustic feel has great bones with 2 porches the width of the home! There is a screen porch on the backside of the home. There is an adjoining lot that has a well that is suitable to build another structure also. It comes furnished including rocking chairs on the porches. It is a short stroll to two great restaurants/bars.
