Allatoona yacht club operates the only private restaurant on the lake from May through September. The view from the clubhouse dining room and front porch is unbelievable. They also have a full service marina including the least expensive gas on the lake. There is a railcar available for boat repair and a private launching ramp. The club has many functions throughout the year for you and the family. Home can not be used as a primary residence and can not be rented out. Land does not convey.
