The lot is high enough above the lake that even with no trees removed from the lot there is a good seasonal view of the lake from the lot. With clearing for a house, the lake should be visible year round. The soil has been tested and the report shows good soil for septic system. The lot has plenty of good qualities. It is on a quiet street with few other lots to disturb it. High enough to get a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains but close enough to walk the water in a couple of minutes. A five minute drive gets you to the Post Office or Wellness Center. Depending on the house site one chooses the basement foundation could be more expensive to put in place. However, the price of the lot is good enough to make up for that cost.
