R1MH Zoning will allow a duplex to be built with special exception, single family home or mobile home. Property has 220 AMP electric power pole, and Septic Tank. In past years, two mobile homes were on property but we have been told by Pasco County that only one mobile home may be replaced on this property. We have communicated with the Property Manager for Buena Vista Association as to why two trash & street light fees are assessed when there may only be one MH unit on the property. It is our understanding that this will be changed to one fee since only one MH or Duplex is allowed on the property. This is a part of Buena Vista South Civic Association.
