The house was first a trailer that has been built on to. Trailer approximately 52 feet by 12 feet Florida room addition approximately 50 feet by 20 feet. Addition enlarging the kitchen and dining area (about 35x17), bedroom (about 20x12) and adding another bathroom. This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath There is a refrigerator (unknown if it works) and stove (appears to be working). Three air conditioners. Two do not work. One, which also has heat does seem to work.
