Very nice and spacious home, 3680 square feet under roof not including the garage! This house has 4 big rooms, a bonus room and 3 full bath. The county says 2 and half bath but it is actually three full baths. Come and see this lovely tile on the first floor and this fancy wood floor in all the rooms. This is a very cute well designed home. For the size it has two air conditioning units, one for each floor. Both of them have them replaced about one and half years ago. The roof is original, never leaked, but has some damaged pieces of shingle. The owner has put a claim with the insurance company and is expecting it to be replaced before closing, just waiting on the response of the adjuster who was there a few times.
