Right as you enter the condo, there's a bedroom with a queen-sized bed on one side, and on the other side, there's a bedroom with two twin beds. As you keep going, you'll come across a formal dining area, and just before that, there's a second bathroom. Beyond that area is the kitchen, which also has some extra seating with bar stools. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors that lead out to screened patios. The main bedroom also has its own attached bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. In this community, short-term stays are allowed, so it's perfect for vacations. You can't live here full-time, but that's what makes it a true vacation spot. The monthly fee you pay covers all the utilities except for electricity. The list of amenities in this community is endless: walking trails, a restaurant, a spa, a fitness center, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and even a sandy beach by the lake! Right now, the condo is managed by the on-site manager, Vacasa, but you can choose a different company to manage it if you want. Just so you know, regular loans won't work here because it's seen as a 100% investment property. You'd need to pay in cash or get a special loan called a condotel loan.
