Lincolnville is synonymous with St Augustine history. 91 Lincoln Street was built between 1878 & 1885 according to data collected from SA Historical archives; the Flagler period. It is charming. There are 2 bedrooms, a loft and 1 full bath in the main house & there is a cottage at the back of the property. As residents of this city we treasure our history, rivers and our beach. The Genovar neighborhood's early settlers were the Pocotalaca and Palica Indian tribes, our native Americans. In the late 18th Century it was well known for its orange groves. Records from St Augustine's Historical library quote the age of the main house as 1878 to 1885.
