Looking for a possible homesite located in South Clermont within a peaceful area with asphalt road frontage? Use says vacant residential. This vacant untouched, undeveloped 5 acres is on Oil Well Rd and priced to sell. This parcel of the 5 acres is almost ALL in the AE 100 year flood zone, we do not know if there is current standing water on the property anywhere or if it rains it floods. Seller states the .33 acre buildable area is near the paved road frontage but we do not know for sure. NO survey, NO wetland delineation or soil test have been done. The seller has NO more info and doesn't know what you can or can not put there. You can see deer, wild turkeys and hogs and turtles, etc. in the area, ride off road vehicles on nearby trails.
