Auction Property. Short Sale. This home is in need of major repairs. Water damage and mold in upstairs of house due to failed roof. Both AC units need to be renewed/replaced. House needs completely new flooring throughout. Minor fixes include toilets, sinks, bathrooms, walls, etc. Most of the water damage is on the upstairs and on the first floor its in the kitchen ceiling and master bedroom closet. The home needs complete renewal on toilets, screens on windows, screen door, garage door that doesn’t open. Need to replace the roof and A/C. The ducts have never been cleaned. Since the home doesn’t have gutters, some windows are damaged from the rain. Kitchen sink is leaking and may need to do upgrade on the kitchen.
