There is a total of 7 apartments for staff and guests. The 2/2 owners cottage has cedar built-in furniture Custom windows and cedar interior siding with a stone fireplace. Ride in the comfort of a 90’ X 220’ covered arena with custom footing and 90 feet of high-quality full-length riding mirrors on one entire side paired with a premier sound system. The arena is enclosed by a 4-foot wood wall that includes two sprinkler systems for the ultimate dust control. This estate also features 5 pastures, 6 turn-out paddocks, and a 6,000 square ft multi-use building with 14 ft pull-through bay doors.
