Stick with me on this one, it may seem a little confusing, once you are on the property you will understand. There is a chain link fence that angles across the property. It Is NOT on the property line. That fence makes the property look much smaller than what it actually is. When you get there look for the orange marking on the road (see picture). If you are standing on that mark look back toward the corner of the neighbors home and you will see an orange dot on the tree (see picture). That is an approximate lot line. A survey will give you the exact lot line. The lot that adjoins this on the western side is also for sale. Combine the 2 for a nice large lot. Seller is motivated.
