This is an awesome way to get on one of our most popular fishing, swimming, hang out, Lakes in the county. Lake June is one sweet lake but typically just a small piece of land could cost over $200k plus the taxes! However, with 131 Armwood (you own the land) you are in a community with a shared property right on the lake. It features a very nice Trex decking dock, white sandy beach, Clubhouse with kitchen, bathroom facilities, TV, tables and chairs, kayak rack. So you could spend a day out on the lake tie the boat up at the dock come back cool off, grab a bite to eat and head back out. The location of the home is perfect for this it’s the closest one to the clubhouse and at the end so you get a wide open feel (not like in a typical park). Sunsets are incredible down at the clubhouse (see pic) You can have 2 typical pets however if an aggressive dog breed you’d want it Ok’d by the association. HOA stuff…only $380 per year and that covers sewer, and upkeep of the common areas. The home is pretty original however its in good condition, AC works very good, updated electric panel and plumbing throughout, Water heater is 2015, there’s a 50 year membrane roof over foam insulation, High Speed Xfinity internet, your on city water and sewer.
