With approximately 1400 feet of lakeshore, this ranch provides you with multiple water sport options. Land your sea plane on the lake and pull right up to your property. Or land your helicopter on the helipad and pull right on in to the 2100 sq. ft. hangar attached to the rear of the home. The hangar is rated for 200 mile per hour winds. The main house is a quaint Florida Cracker lodge style with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and two baths. You'll love the rustic details on the interior of the home -- lots of wood and barn doors. On the back side of the hangar is a guest suite with a private entrance and kitchenette. Your guests will enjoy sitting on the wrap-around porch watching the deer in the evening. The horse barn and shop offer 7 stalls for the horses and a nice large shop for your equipment. It also has a full bathroom and bunk house.
