This is a 2/2 mobile home situated in a hot Tavares neighborhood. Some TLC is needed. The roof is 2 yrs old. The water heater is 2 weeks old and was moved from the 2nd bathroom into the wash room and new piping was run. The washer and dryer are newer. The flooring was replaced earlier this year. The 2nd bath is gutted and ready to build. Since the water heater was removed there is now space to add a full size bath rather than the smaller baths built for manufactured homes. The A/C is working but older.
