The Waverly location is one of the best in Downtown Orlando. Close to Church Street, Wall Street, Thorton Park, Lake Eola, and Publix. Very well maintained and managed by the condo association and the management company. Seasoned staff that are very professional in all aspects of managing a condo. The one bedroom condo is the largest of the one bedroom condos in the building, just a bit smaller than the two bedroom units. Great layout with the dining room overlooking downtown, and looking South toward the International airport. When looking South you are looking over the Delaney Park and Conway area of town that have many trees in the communities. Being on the 19th floor you have great views, and being at the end of the building gives you a little more privacy. The rear elevator in the building brings you right up to your door. Make sure to see this one bedroom condo before you decide to buy any other in downtown Orlando. This is one of the best.
