The living area offers access to both bedrooms as well as the fully enclosed sunroom, surrounded in large windows with access to the rear deck and stunning water and nature views. This seasonal cottage has been outfitted with propane central heat and newer windows. Note, this property does not include a well, and is not connected to public water. Shared private water supply is provided by Cedarhurst Association March/April through October/November (weather-dependent).
