Thinking of Building? Holiday Island has both water and sewer for each building lot. Putting in a well and a septic can cost more that the lot itself, to build on, if not provided with the lot. This lot faces two streets, Holiday Island is the main street with easy access of all Holiday Island Amenities, see www.holidayisland.us for details. Hawk Dr is more remote, but could be more costly to build uphill as opposed to downhill from Holiday Island Dr.? Either way the lot is priced to sell and I doubt that you can find anything anywhere else this inexpensive to build on in Carroll County?
