Munson Lake is an oval-shaped body of water with approximately 130 acres of surface area. Its shoreline is shared by homes, docks, and towering hardwoods. It has a maximum depth of 26 feet and maintains a healthy population of fish. Its common catches include black crappie, bluegill, largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye. Lake Sallie of 1,245 acres is located adjacent to Munson Lake. The Lake Sallie Public Access Point is on its northeastern shore. It is a popular location for fishing and water sports.
