Finch Brook Reserve is 60 acres of gorgeous woodlands, just west of the lake. Its Blue-Blazed Trail winds through the majestic oak, hickory, and birch trees featuring a small brook and wildlife sightings.

Lake Compounce Amusement Park has thrill-rides, kids coasters, a water park, and food vendors to guarantee an action-packed day for the whole family. Southington Ski Area is just up the road where you can take to the slopes and enjoy winter activities.
