Welcome to 192 Hemlock Forrest. What a fun house.! This house is set up to enjoy both the indoor spaces and the expansive outdoor spaces. Along with the larger gathering rooms there are plenty of spaces to enjoy some quiet time. Come up on the covered front porch and into the front door into the main level of the house. On the left is the kitchen and dining area that open to the family room with fireplace that overlooks the lake. Around the corner is the large main bedroom with separate sitting room and ensuite. There is also a door out to the screened porch on the upper deck. Down the hall is a full bath and bedroom. Down stairs is a second family room /media room with a wet bar. Also on the lower level is a bedroom with doors to the patio, a large laundry room, full bath, utility closet with a refrigerator and the electronics. Next to that is a room currently set up for sleeping. Back outside is a huge upper deck that runs the entire length of the house and wraps around to the covered breezeway that connects the garage to the house. Plenty of uncovered space on the deck as well. Down the outside stairs is a large patio that is partially covered and set up as an out door kitchen. Now for the really fun part. Follow the hard scaped path toward the lake. First stop is an out door swing to enjoy. Next is a little covered niche to sit and enjoy the out doors. Down the path further is a huge deck and play area on the roof of the boat house. Sit and sun or open the gate and jump in the lake. Down under the deck is a 2 slip boat house with floating dock for your PWC. Each slip has an electric lift. Also on that level is a small deck to sit and enjoy the water. Next to the boat house is another stair case and walk way up to a point where you can see for miles. Would make a great place for a screen room or gazebo or hammock. There is currently Hughes Net for internet and Satellite TV. Close to restaurants and shopping. So many wonderful things to say about this warm and inviting house. Come see for yourself.
