The Lake Inez Campground is a small campground on the north side of the lake with sites rentable for a small fee.
The Bob Marshall Wilderness Area consists of over one million acres of scenic landscape unscathed by humans. It is a congressionally designated wilderness area named after an early forester, conservationist, and co-founder of the Wilderness Society.
Aside from formal attractions, there are a ton of waterfalls in the area for adventures to explore.
Missoula is one of Montana’s largest cities and is a doable drive from Lake Inez. It has numerous opportunities for unique dining and entertainment.
It is home to a monumental number of breweries. Bayern Brewing is the oldest active brewery in the state, and Big Sky Brewing is the state’s largest brewery and produces the renowned Moose Drool Brown Ale.
Missoula is also home to the University of Montana, the state's flagship institution and home of the Montana Grizzlies, one of the most dominant football teams in the NCAA Big Sky Conference.
Missoula’s two legendary art museums, the Montana Museum of Art and Culture and the Missoula Museum of Art are bound to excite art enthusiasts.
The city’s premier festival, the River City Roots Festival, is held annually in August and loaded with beer, food, and art.
