Richland Chambers Reservoir Real Estate Agent

Bill Williams

Lake Homes Realty

(903) 329-2271

Bill Williams is all about life on Richland Chambers Reservoir.

Since buying a home on the lake in 1992, Bill has spent most weekends and holidays along the reservoir's 330 miles of beautiful Texas shoreline.

Having grown up in Dallas, Bill has enjoyed countless weekends on the area's many lakes where he fished, water skied and boated with family and friends.

He and his wife of 40 years moved to Richland Chambers Reservoir full-time in June 2019.

Bill graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he earned a BBA and an MBA from the university's school of business.

In 1980, while he was attending SMU, Bill got his real estate license. His experience in the industry pre-dates 1980, however.

While he was growing up, Bill's family owned a real estate development and ranching company.

This experience, combined with his more than 25 years of Richland Chambers Reservoir-specific knowledge and community involvement, has supported Bill in his successful real estate career.

Nothing brings him more satisfaction than meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying or selling.

Off the clock, locals can find Bill spending time with his four children and two grandsons on either of the Williams' two boats.

Bill also enjoys kayaking, jet skiing, and bicycling in his spare time, as well as fishing, exploring nearby wildlife management areas and landscaping.

About Richland Chambers Reservoir

Secluded Yet Still Close to the City

One hour southeast of Dallas lies a relatively new jewel in the crown of Texas lakes, the Richland Chambers Reservoir. Easily accessible by Interstate 45, this lake is in a prime position to be a true real estate gem.

Third Largest in Texas, Richland Chambers Features 330 Miles of Shoreline

Built in 1987, construction for impounding the two large creeks that feed the reservoir was completed in 1989. The original purpose of the reservoir was to provide water to the nearby towns in the Tarrant Water Shed area.

It has since become a growing hot spot for anglers and lovers of watersports.

Boating, Swimming, Skiing and Fishing

Recreational amenities abound on this 41,000 acre lake. Multiple inlets and branches provide fantastic areas for secluded fishing, while the abundance of tree coverage and flat spaces gives exciting opportunities for small game hunters. Skiing, boating, and swimming at the public beaches are quite popular.

The Secret is Out

Formerly considered a well-kept secret, Richland Chambers Reservoir is growing rapidly. Multiple development projects, including the Northshore Harbor Condominium, are adding beauty and style to the shoreline.

An Excellent Place to Experience Lake Life

Whether you are looking to buy a home, a retirement residence, water-front property or find a lot to build your dream home, Richland Chambers Reservoir is a great choice!
