Wrigley Ranch features 37 stalls in the tilt wall show barn, 12 stalls in an adjacent barn, and a six horse covered walker. The covered arena is 120ft x200ft, also constructed of tilt wall panels, includes oversized cattle pens, mechanical cow, and optional swinging panels to divide the arena in half. There is a lighted 140 ft outdoor arena with a four horse walker and covered viewing stand. The cattle yard includes 5 large pipe pens with graveled lanes, working squeeze chute and loading ramp. There are two homes, multiple apartments and one newly remodeled mobile home. Brazos River frontage is roughly 700 feet, all with large rock retaining wall to separate the land.
