We have owned property on Lake Limestone since 1986. Because of this, we are very familiar with the lake area and its local amenities. As real estate agents and local homeowners, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance, and inspection information.

Calvin

I was born in Wisconsin, but I got to Texas as soon as possible, at age 8. I was raised in Houston and attended San Jacinto Community College. I came to Lake Limestone in my early 20s in search of a great waterskiing lake - and I found it! I liked the idea of a more rural, quiet lake that would be great for family gatherings.

Before my career in real estate, I spent many years working in the oil and gas field as a piping foreman and superintendent. I also have more than 30 years of construction experience. In addition to being an associate broker with Lake Homes Realty, I am a retired licensed real estate inspector.

Aleace

I was born in Virginia but didn’t get the memo about moving to Texas until my 20s. In 2011, I joined my husband Calvin in selling real estate. I have a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Longwood College (Farmville, VA) and a Master’s in Public Administration from Auburn University. I had the honor of working with our nation’s Veterans as a therapist and later as a hospital administrator for the V.A. for more than 30 years.

One of my major hobbies is gardening, and I’ve completed my Master Gardener certification. I have always loved the water, and there is nothing more exhilarating than boating and jet skiing on our lake. I grew up fishing, and I love seeing families fishing on the waters of our lake and its many hidden coves.
