Born and raised in Romulus, Michigan, Tommy Clark spent his early winters ice fishing on the small lakes of Michigan. In the summer Tommy and his father would fish for salmon on Lake Michigan. When he moved to Texas at 21, he brought his love of the lake life with him.


Before becoming an agent, Tommy spent several years as a financial mortgage broker, employing over 30 loan officers. He combined his market expertise and passion for helping others find their dream homes when he became an agent in the early 2000s. Since then, Tommy has been awarded several awards for his work in real estate, including Pinnacle awards for both volume and customer service.


While some agents would identify as sales people, Tommy adamantly believes he works in customer service. He feels there is no better satisfaction that making the American dream of home ownership come true. It is his personal goal to help you find exactly what you are looking for.


When he's not helping a family buy or sell their lake home, Tommy is enjoying his. He and his family live on Cedar Creek Lake. He's on the lake daily and knows every nook and cranny. He'll even show you houses by boat!

Thirty-two minutes away, you can find the Athens Municipal Airport and the UT Health Athens Hospital. Residents can shop at the Athens Village Shopping Center, and enjoy the numerous local restaurants, such as Victoria’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant and Cotton Peach Cafe.

What to do on the Water

Callender Lake is stocked with sport fish for anglers to catch, such as channel catfish, largemouth bass, striped bass, white bass, Guadalupe bass, black crappie, and smallmouth bass.


Lake access is private for community residents, so lake traffic is very minimal and allows you to make the most of the open space for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and water skiing.


What to do in Henderson County

The Depot museum details tall tales known by the earliest inhabitants of the area and is a fun way to get in touch with local history.


Fair Park, or “Fitness Park,” offers plenty of space and facilities to take a jog, play tennis, test your skateboard skills, and let your children play in the splash park and playground.


“Fitness Park” is also home to the Rusk County Farmer’s Market, which sets up shop every Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon from May to October.


The Henderson Civic Theatre generally has four productions each year in their breathtaking Opera House. Residents are sure to love having a constant source of art and entertainment.
