My name is Heather Leslie and I am a Realtor with Lake Homes Realty. I chose Lake Homes Realty because they are like-minded to my personal goals, the company sets you up for success. I love that the brokers are available, friendly and responsive to their agents, clients and customers. I also think that the company has client interest in mind, they provide access to easy to use website that allows you to search for your dream lake home!

My family and I tend to visit Percy Priest and Normandy Lake a lot, they are two of our favorite places to sneak away and go where it is quiet, peaceful and enjoyable! I have a son and two daughters who love swimming and playing in the water while my husband I soak up the peacefulness on the side lines. As a younger kid into teenage years, our parents took us to Center Hill Lake in Smithville, TN a lot and lakes back home, in Arizona before moving to TN in 1998.

I grew up around the real estate life. My family built homes from the ground up, including residential, log cabins and my mom is a Realtor in the State of Tennessee too. I come with an abundance of knowledge, customer service, and I work with clients of all budget sizes! I believe that everyone should have a chance at homeownership and I love working with all walks of life. My business is run on faith, integrity, customer service, communication and being available to all of my clients needs.

In Tennessee, there are so many lakes to choose from and enjoy the lake life activities: boating, jet skiing, and even fishing. Your family deserves to live their best lake life! I would love the opportunity to help you find your new home with LAKE HOMES REALTY!

Give me a call, text, or send an email and I will jump in the boat with you to find your new home!

About Great Falls Lake

Great Falls Lake's Convenient Location

Great Falls Lake is a 1,800 acre reservoir known as one of the best kept secret destination lakes in Middle Tennessee. Located in between White County and Warren County, Tennessee, Great Falls Lake is an hour and a half southeast from Nashville.

The History of Great Falls Lake

Great Falls Lake was formed through the completion of Great Falls Dam in 1916. Nashville entrepreneur Arthur Dyer formed the Great Falls Power Company to complete the Great Falls Dam. Great Falls Dam is the only dam outside the Tennessee River owned and operated by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Great Falls Lake covers 1,800 acres and has 120 miles of shoreline and is suspected to be very deep. There are no formal reports on how deep the lake actually is, but the dam towers at 92 feet above the river bed.

Popular Activities on Great Falls Lake

While most water sports are popular on Great Falls Lake such as: boating, water skiing, tubing, and swimming. There are also a number of amazing nature sights along the lake.
