Lots are nice, neighbors are nice folks but not the neatest people you will meet. They have dogs, let me know when you want to look at the lots and I will tell the neighbor to control the dogs. They barked at me but came up to be petted so I don't think they are an issue but you never know. Since there is no street address I have included the CRS data and maps in the documents to make it easier. Cabin will need a bunch of work. Has well and city water available at Cottonport Ferry Road.
