An Oklahoma native, Linda Delay has spent her life building relationships in her beloved state. After graduation, Linda owned and operated a local hair studio for 25 years. In 2010, she earned her real estate license and soon after became an associate broker. In 2014, Linda was recognized as REALTOR of the Year.

Linda's obsession with the lake started early. At fourteen she tried to drive her dad's truck to the lake to go fishing. Now she lives on Lake Texoma and can frequently be found cruising the lake on her family boat. She also organizes annual "no boys allowed" fishing trips for her friends. In her free time, Linda restores vintage automobiles with her husband for which they've won several prominent awards.

Linda's dedication to her clients is unparalleled. From her knowledge of boating regulations and the lake lifestyle, to her commitment to her community; Linda has truly immersed herself in helping others find their dream lake home.

About Lake Texoma

Short trip from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Oklahoma City

Located on the Texas and Oklahoma border about an hour from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texoma (or Texomaland to locals) is situated on the Red River.

Created in the 1940s by the Army Corps of Engineers for flood control and hydro-electric power, Lake Texoma, the nation's 12th largest lake, covers 89,000 acres and roughly 580 miles of shoreline. Due to the close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth, it draws more than 6 million visitors a year and is known as "the Playground of the Southwest".

Power boating, sailing, personal watercraft, water skiing and wind surfing

Lake Texoma is known for its amazing recreational opportunities for home owners and the general public. There are more than two dozen marinas and plenty of public boat ramps on both the Oklahoma and Texas sides of the lake. Power boating, sailing, camping, water skiing, wind surfing, golfing, and visiting either of the wildlife refuges or state parks are also popular.

While it is known as the "Striper Capital of The World" for its ideal Striped Bass fishing, more than 70 species, including largemouth, white and spotted bass, black and white crappie, and channel, blue, and flathead catfish make for a great lake to fish.

Resorts, Regattas, and Fobb Bottom

Fobb Bottom, located on the Oklahoma side of the lake, draws a large crowd of college students during spring break and the Fourth of July holiday.

Lake Texoma hosts the Lakefest Regatta, a charity regatta that attracts up to 100 keelboats and more than 500 sailors each spring, and has raised more than $2 million dollars since it began.

Lake Texoma is home to 26 resorts, many restaurants and cafes, 56 parks, and a golf course community.

Providing Something for Everyone

Whether you wish to enjoy skiing or boating, the best striped bass fishing around, or visiting a nature preserve, Lake Texoma has something for everyone.
