Gently sloping wooded lot on a cove which adjoins Power Company property but the water isn't deep enough for a boathouse. The owner could walk a canoe or flat bottomed boat out to where it is deep enough to have access to the lake but really it is more a water view lot. When cleared there should be a nice view up the creek. There is no Homeowners' Association right now but they may form one in the future. The road may be paved by the county in the future when more of the losts have been developed. County water goes past the lot so a well would not be necessary. Woodlandhurst has a lot of full time residents and is six minutes from Littleton and twenty from Roanoke Rapids and I-95.
