This 7.6 acre parcel has views of Lake Champlain across the road. There is a old house on the property we are giving very little value to since it is used only as a summer retreat. The house is livable with 5 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, den and bathroom. The septic is currently a cesspool system; the water is currently drawn from the Lake but that will not be allowed after the sale. There is a well on the property that was used years ago.
