Unique combination of old and new. The original camp was reportedly a Sears kit home built circa. 1900 by Burnham as the first camp in the Crater Club. The home was featured in the May 1901 issue of The Ladies' Home Journal. In 1986, a new, year-round home was added to the back of the original camp. The old section has a fantastic porch for morning coffee and Champ watching, a living room with fieldstone fireplace and a bedroom with full bath. The winterized portion has a large kitchen, living room with flue for a woodstove, 2 bedrooms and one and a half baths.
