Welcome to 40 Car-Mar Lane, where lake life living merges with location to major roads north and south. This lake house was built in 1956 as a camp. In 2014 camp was torn down leaving the original water supply and foundation. Current owners built their new home complete with new waterfront friendly septic system for two (2) bedrooms. Many options on the 2nd floor to make into your own too. While current owners have opted to move the laundry upstairs and removed a bedroom for a larger closet/laundry, laundry hook ups are still also in the cellar. This would open up space to return the 2nd bedroom to the home. Why Millville Lake? Amazing sunsets, cool breezes and the ability to see, hear and learn about native species that call Millville home too. Protected to not harm the natural contour of the lake there is a 10 mph speed limit. This means your kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boats, smaller boats, row boats, paddle boats are all allowed.
