Oversized wooded building lot within the Eastman community in Grantham, with much of the background research for a home build already complete. Eastman has quite a few amenities but it's mainly known for three of them: Eastman Golf Links (a beautiful 18-hole semi-private course), cross-country skiing on 22 miles of community trails, and of course Eastman Lake, best enjoyed by canoe or at one of the six community beaches (noisy motor boating is not allowed). Beyond that, there are tennis and pickle ball courts, 24 miles of snowshoeing or hiking trails, an indoor pool and fitness center, a skating rink, sledding hill, and even a full-service restaurant. From this location it's 19 minutes to Sunapee, and 25 minutes to West Lebanon.
