Just east of the Tecumseh Bridge over the Norfork lake below where the Bryant and North Fork converge, this structure was built to be a bait shop, but it and the lot could be used for anything (no restrictions). Current owner designed the building to sell bait and tackle with a small cafe where all the area hunters and fishermen could come to tell their stories. His old business up the road was booming until he decided to retire. Set up in the corner with a private well and septic, there is plenty of room to build vacation cabins. There is a cellar/ storm shelter also on the lot. The Corp of Engineers and Norfork Lake are just across the county road with the boat ramp projected to be completed in 2020! Perfect start to a getaway cabin!
