Sarah grew up in Goodland enjoying what the local lakes had to offer. She now shares this with her husband of 8 years, her two sons (7 & 6), and daughter (4) - along with their new arrival on the way this spring! Whether it is swimming, fishing or a variety of other activities, the entire family knows the value of spending time on the lake both in summer and winter.

Having experienced many great times in the woods with her dad during her younger days, Sarah appreciates that her kids are also fortunate to live in the country and enjoy many types of local outdoor recreation, just as she did. Being able to raise their family on 20 acres very near to where she grew up, she can easily spend time gardening with her mom just down the road. And family activities like walks in the woods, swimming, fishing and large gatherings with friends are commonplace.

Understanding the special makeup and unique recreational attributes of Itasca County and Western St. Louis County gives Sarah a strong basis to help new buyers planning to move here. And because she personally lives the outdoor life around the area lakes and woods, she is great at marketing those types of unique listings.
