While they are important to you, they aren&#8217;t that important to the buyer. The buyers are wanting to create their own memories. However, you have an emotional attachment as the seller, making you think it has more financial value. Try to separate that due to the buyer not having that attachment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selling? Depersonalize (and Protect!):<\/strong> You have many things in the house that bring memories. You might want to put these things away; that way, it gives buyers a different feel to the home. You should also protect those valuables.
