A new lake real estate report from the country\u2019s largest lake-focused brokerage show listing prices in Oklahoma are up over summer 2022. \u201cThe new Lake Real Estate Market Report from Lake Homes Realty shows Oklahoma\u2019s total market at $786.2 million, up from $592.2 million in the summer of 2022,\u201d said Elizabeth Phelan, a new agent with Lake Homes Realty, who focuses on Lake Eufaula<\/a> in Oklahoma<\/a>.\u00a0 Lake Homes Realty operates in 34 states across the country.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new quarterly lake real estate report from Lakehomes.com shows Lake Eufaula to be the third largest market in the state of Oklahoma,\u201d said Phelan. \u201cThe specialized website just showcases properties that are lakefront, have a lake view or lake access so we can help clients from across the country search for dream lake properties.\u201d As of June 14, 2023, Lake Eufaula has 508 lake area properties listed, ranging from a $2,500 lot to a $2 million lake home. \u201cTwenty-two of the properties were listed for over $1 million,\u201d said Phelan<\/p>\n

The average home price for listings around Lake Eufaula is $437,785, according to the Lake Market Real Estate Report<\/a>. The average lot price is $166,635 for the 302 lake area lots currently listed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBoating is extremely popular on Lake Eufaula, as are its related activities, waterskiing, tubing, and wakeboarding,\u201d said Phelan. \u201cWith 105,500 acres of pristine water and 800 miles of shoreline, Lake Eufaula features sandy beaches, picturesque cliffs, and rich greenery. Lake Eufaula appeals to lake home searchers from across the country. Among the hundreds of people searching the lake homes and lots on Lake Eufaula in May 2023, the top Metro area looking on LakeHomes.com was Dallas, Texas, followed by Wichita, Kansas, and Chicago,\u201d said Phelan.\u00a0 \u201cThe national reach offered by LakeHomes.com works really well with my local expertise along Lake Eufaula and the surrounding area,\u201d said Phelan.\u00a0 One in 37 American adults look at LakeHomes.com each year.<\/p>\n
