Listing price does not mean the house sold for that price; knowing what homes are selling for is more valuable.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Local Comps \u2260 Lake Market Comps:\u00a0<\/strong>Buyers could be looking at multiple lakes or even in different states.
