Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities)<\/p>\n<p>Manage direct mail marketing campaigns including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>List management<\/li>\n<li>Campaign planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Targeting<\/li>\n<li>List ordering<\/li>\n<li>Creative guidance<\/li>\n<li>Campaign management<\/li>\n<li>Measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As well as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply your understanding and experience with USPS postal changes and guidelines and how they affect our direct mail activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations and insights on direct marketing creative process and content<\/li>\n<li>Maintains calendars for multiple real estate agent&#8217;s direct mail campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of direct mail campaigns and reporting to the Marketing Director<\/li>\n<li>Leverage customer data and profiles to develop segmentation and messaging strategies<\/li>\n<li>Provides ongoing strategic counsel: recommending actions to improve the value proposition, growth opportunities, operational excellence, and competitive position<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates across the marketing and communications team to ensure the right resources are utilized to get the best results<\/li>\n<li>Develop direct marketing strategies and recommendations on how to measure important KPIs for success.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may be necessary to create our mutual success in our fast-paced, rapidly growing company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ Years of hands-on experience managing direct mail campaigns, as well as purchasing direct mail lists<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of direct marketing concepts and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within all levels of the creative and marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Excel are required.<\/li>\n<li>Professional work ethic and a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate initiative and proactivity in seeking new opportunities and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role requires employee to work on site at our marketing office located in Hoover, Alabama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> To protect a member of our staff, we have a smoke-free, scent-free, perfume-free work environment.
