The Historical Alaga Lodge! Yes, this is the main lodge that was used for family and famous guest by the Alaga Syrup Company in the "good ole days". The view form the Sun Porch or large Patio is incredible! The home has a true masory stone fireplace that will heat up a room in an instant. The eating area will seat 30+ people with views of the lake on both sides of the point! Hardwood floors in the Great Room, Bedrooms and halls; Penny Tile in the baths; and a Tile Look vinyl in the eating area and Sun Porch! Most of the walls and ceilings are constructed in a checkered pattern of wood that was milled on site back in the 40's(see pictures). It includes an old smokehouse converted to a screened porch that was used to prepare hundreds of Boston Butts and Brunswick Stew! Furthermore,it includeds a boathouse that was constructed 3 years ago w/ 2 boat stall w/ lifts, large open decks, and a screen porch at the top with a Tiki Bar! A 2 car garage is also included that is across the street.
