Satawen II waterfront lots are all located on a deep water cove that gives direct access to the "big waters" of Lake Marion. This lot has approx 249' on the water, is covered with both hard and soft wood trees, and is adjacent to the subdivision's private boat landing. There is already a well and septic system in place, as well as a floating dock. Construction on all waterfront property in the subdivision is restricted to site built homes only, with a minimum of 1600 heated square feet. Access to the subdivision is by private/paved road from Hwy. #6 that can be gated in the future at the discretion of the (future) Property Owners' Association.
